Dur\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, Enrique Alfonso Vallejo Garib y Carlos Julio Mart\u00ednez Ruiz, quienes se consideran afectados por se\u00f1alamientos realizados durante la emisi\u00f3n del programa matutino \u00abHoy Mismo Matinal\u00bb el 13 de noviembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicho contenido fue difundido tanto por televisi\u00f3n abierta como mediante transmisi\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea en YouTube, a trav\u00e9s de los canales oficiales del programa y de Color Visi\u00f3n.<br>La querella fue recibida formalmente por el Ministerio P\u00fablico el 16 de abril de 2026. Los imputados han sido convocados a comparecer este jueves 10 de septiembre de 2026, a las 10:00 de la ma\u00f1ana, ante el despacho fiscal correspondiente, pudiendo asistir acompa\u00f1ados de representaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe destacar que algunos an\u00e1lisis jur\u00eddicos han se\u00f1alado un posible debate sobre el plazo de prescripci\u00f3n aplicable al caso, dado que, seg\u00fan la Ley 6132 sobre Expresi\u00f3n y Difusi\u00f3n del Pensamiento, las infracciones de este tipo cuentan con un plazo especial de dos meses para ser perseguidas un punto que probablemente ser\u00e1 discutido por las partes en el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el momento, ni los comunicadores citados ni Color Visi\u00f3n han emitido declaraciones p\u00fablicas sobre la citaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\"
